Color Happy is a digital product website where you can earn commissions by linking to our site with a special link or using a special coupon code. See the Affiliate Terms and Conditions for more information on the allowable ways to earn commissions.

To be approved for the affiliate program you will need to make one purchase, one time. We want you to know what you are selling and how to access the products you are promoting.

Commission Rules
Digital Product Commissions:
Affiliates will be paid 50% commission on all referred customer digital purchases for the lifetime of that customer as long as:
Affiliate is the first referrer for that customer.
Customer followed a special link from affiliate
OR
Customer uses a special coupon code that was assigned to a specific affiliate.
Affiliate specific coupons created for tracking purposes will work on the first purchase for the customer or the first month of a subscription they sign up for only.

Affiliate will earn commissions for the life of that customer account, including digital subscriptions and individual digital package purchases.

Physical product or printed packages will have a commission rate of 20%.

Commissions do not include coupon amounts. So if a customer uses a percentage off coupon, affiliate earns commission on the total paid, not the listed retail price.

Affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal once a month, the 10th of the month following the month commissions are earned. I.E. May commissions are paid July 10th to allow for reversals or fraudulent payments. We do not issue refunds but occasionally customers have issues with payments that end up reversed.

If you do not have access to PayPal please contact us before applying to the affiliate program to see if you can be accommodated with another payout method. There will be very few exceptions as any payouts not through PayPal will have to be manually paid out and may incur a cost to the affiliate.

Commissions are paid in USD only.

• Use your smarts! Be ethical in how you promote, and do not send unsolicited emails. We reserve the right to remove offenders from the program.
• To preserve the integrity of the program, ordering from your own affiliate link is prohibited and commissions will be removed.

*Commissions in excess of $100 from a single client may be held for up to 90 days (or more, depending on the situation) at company’s discretion to monitor for fraud. This is on a case-by-case basis.
